This has been a nice Easter weekend. Yesterday, we colored eggs. The boys had a great time doing this, as always and got very creative with the crayons...not only did our egg kits have a white crayon, it also had red and black, which works very well when drawing lightsabers and Darth Vader.Later on last night we had an egg hunt with plastic eggs and candy and then a BBQ with the family. We missed Sheila and her family, Kurt's family was in town so they weren't able to join us.

Today, the weather has been absolutely perfect for Easter, it is beautiful, with a slight breeze, making it even more perfect outside. We enjoyed a nice morning at church, James even allowed me to stay to most of Relief Society, which has not happened for, I don't know how long, then we came home to Easter eggs all over our backyard; the Easter bunny took our eggs we colored yesterday and hid them in our yard so we had to go find them. Poor James was asleep during all of the excitement. I guess we always have next year...
We have the tradition of watching The Lamb of God and then discussing the Resurrection with the kids. It's always fun to see how much they've grown since last year, I look forward to that..

Looks like you guys had a blast! I love how you watch the Lamb of God as a tradition. And I have to say - I LOVE the new family pic on the side - your boys all look handsome in their suits! Yes, tell John he looks awesome too! (ha ha).
We are so homesick for all of you. The grandkids are changing and growing too fast. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Give everyone hugs for us.
I'm so glad I finally found you! I kept forgetting your blog address. The kids are growing up so fast. We miss seeing Patrick playing in the neighborhood and Will sitting in his special chair. And James, we still need to get to know him. Love to you all.
Do you remember the Easter Egg hunt we had years ago at Castlebrook? I think Tatiana was almost 2 then. I brought hard boiled eggs! I'll never forget that. I was so ghetto back then. Still am!:)
